Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a term that has been used in many contexts recently.  It is essentially a practice in connecting to the present moment by using one's senses.  Practices like mindfulness, meditation, grounding techniques, and other somatic/body-based techniques are often tools for inviting a greater sense of being alive, real, and at peace.  It can invite gratitude, a sense of safety, and quietness within the mind.  Here is what it can look like in practice and in a therapeutic context.

Wellness Bundle
