Reiki - Energy Based Body Work
Reiki is a powerful ancient tradition that comes from a long lineage of healers using the exchange of subtle energy. As a Master level 3 Reiki Practitioner from the Reiki Training Program in Seattle, WA, USA, I use my long history with energy work to help you remove energetic blockages and improve your sense of wellness. I also integrate a technique called Insight Reiki, an interactive form of Reiki involving the exploration of emotions held in the body. Those who are new to energy work may not feel the effects of Reiki immediately, but can appreciate the opportunity to practice receiving nurture, increasing body awareness, and building subtle energy perception. Energy work has the potential of opening new possibilities in your life. I am excited to share in it with you!
Please note that energy work services can be offered remotely, however "distant reiki" is harder to perceive and is often best received by who have had past experiences with energy work. At this time, I am not offering in-person appointments.
