If you have recently had an experience with plant medicine, reached a deep meditative state, began altered state journeying, and/or received energy work, you may benefit from the Psychedelic Integration bundle. Many people have consciousness-expanding experiences, but don't know how to capitalize on them or integrate them into their daily life. As a result, they can lose the incredible opportunity to use those newly opened neural pathways in the brain. In order to more effectively integrate those experiences, I offer a variety of exercises such as verbal processing of the experience, guided journeying or visualizations, energy work, body-based exercises, expressive arts, and story work to make the experience more relevant to your daily life.

Bundle Inclusions

Integration work can also include some intention setting and preparation appointments prior to an experience in order to reduce harm and prepare effectively for the experience. If you would like to continue your integration work after the 6 sessions you can schedule Holistic Mentorship services as needed.

Notice: Distinctions

I do not offer psychedelic-assisted therapy at this time nor do I facilitate/sit for clients who are actively on a mind-altering substance. My goal, assuming you do choose to partake in psychedelics on your own accord, is to help support you in your research and education of psychedelic use and to collaborate on how minimize risks associated with it. I will not recommend or prescribe the use of psychedelics, nor am I in a position to professionally screen you for appropriateness of use.
